I do not recommend this dentist practice based on my personal experience. I initially went in for treatment of a cavity that required a filling and a crown. During my first appointment, while the cavity was being treated and a temporary crown was placed, I repeatedly informed Dr. Kontorovsky that I was in significant pain. Although she administered additional anesthetic after my first complaint, I continued to experience severe pain. When I told her again, her response was, "We're almost done," and she continued the procedure. I was visibly in distress holding my hands tightly, moaning, and reacting to the pain yet the procedure continued without stopping to reassess whether I was adequately numb. In over 25 years of receiving dental care, including fillings, crowns, and root canals, I have never had a dentist continue a procedure while I was clearly in such obvious pain. I was hesitant to return for my permanent crown but did so because it had already been sent for permenant molding. Unfortunately, my second visit was even more upsetting. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. A special thank you to Crystal, the dental hygienist, who was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough during my cleaning. She took the time to explain everything and made what is usually an uncomfortable experience feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Dora was equally kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She answered all of my questions, explained my treatment options clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and skilled dental team. My first visit to Longwater Dental Care was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the front desk staff to dental hygienist Juju and Dr. Kontorovsky, everyone was professional, kind, and very thorough in explaining my treatment plan. The entire team worked seamlessly together and made me feel truly cared for. The office was very clean, calming, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. Juju was extremely gentle during my cleaning, which I really appreciated since I normally get very anxious going to the dentist. Dr. Kontorovsky was attentive, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was so happy with my experience that I’ve already recommended them to family and friends and shared my experience on social media. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care!

A few months ago, I was searching for a new dentist & came across this office in Kissimmee. From a bad past experience, I decided to test it out. I met Crystal who cleaned my teeth and was so gentle & pleasant. Did not hurt me. This time I got to meet Dr. Dora, she was very kind and explained everything to me. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses have been awesome. I feel very comfortable & will be here for a long time to come. Thanks for making me feel comfortable.
